1、冷再生技術具有適用性。早期路面診斷是非常必要的。水泥現(xiàn)場冷再生技術通常是對原有路面進行碾壓、調平、碾壓、改造等施工技術。他僅再生淺層表層結構（不超過25cm），對路面結構底層病害沒有修復作用。由于路面基層承載力不足，路面過度撓曲，需要進行深部處理來恢復路面的使用功能。一個簡單的冷再生過程不能徹 底加強路面結構。
