  Asphalt pavement is widely used worldwide due to its advantages such as good driving smoothness, low tire road noise, and short construction period. However, the maintenance and repair of aging asphalt pavement will generate a large amount of milling materials. If traditional open-air stacking or landfill disposal methods are used, it will not only pollute the environment, but also hinder the recycling and utilization of asphalt and other resources. The plant mix cold recycling technology (CCPR) can effectively extend the road life to 15~20 years, mainly including two technical paths of emulsified asphalt cold recycling (CCPREA) and foam asphalt cold recycling (CCPRFA). Although existing research has analyzed the environmental impact of CCPR through life cycle assessment (LCA), there is still a lack of comprehensive comparison between CCPREA and CCPRFA in terms of environment, economy, and performance. To this end, this study has developed a sustainability assessment framework that provides a scientific basis for the technology selection of future infrastructure projects by systematically comparing two technological paths.

  瀝青路面冷再生技術(shù)主要采用乳化瀝青粘合劑(CCPREA)和泡沫瀝青粘合劑(CCPRFA)兩種材料并添加水泥對路面進(jìn)行再生。這類技術(shù)因其顯著的效益和資源節(jié)約優(yōu)勢而廣受青睞。盡管優(yōu)勢明顯,建立一套系統(tǒng)化的評估體系仍十分必要。本研究構(gòu)建了一個(gè)融合層次分析法(AHP)、熵權(quán)法(EWM)和逼近理想解排序法(TOPSIS)的綜合評估模型,從環(huán)境、經(jīng)濟(jì)和工程技術(shù)三個(gè)維度對這兩種工藝的可持續(xù)性進(jìn)行了評價(jià)。生命周期評估(LCA)結(jié)果表明,CCPREA 在溫室氣體排放、能源消耗和經(jīng)濟(jì)成本方面均高于 CCPRFA,但在綜合性能表現(xiàn)上,CCPREA更具優(yōu)勢。多準(zhǔn)則評估結(jié)果顯示,AHP-EWM-TOPSIS模型對CCPREA的評分為0.62,顯著高于CCPRFA的0.38。

  Cold recycling technology of asphalt pavement mainly uses two materials, emulsified asphalt binder (CCPREA) and foam asphalt binder (CCPRFA), and adds cement to regenerate the pavement. This type of technology is widely favored due to its significant environmental benefits and resource conservation advantages. Despite the obvious advantages, it is still necessary to establish a systematic evaluation system. This study constructed a comprehensive evaluation model that integrates Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), Entropy Weight Method (EWM), and TOPSIS method to comprehensively evaluate the sustainability of these two processes from three dimensions: environment, economy, and engineering technology. The results of life cycle assessment (LCA) indicate that CCPREA is higher than CCPRFA in terms of greenhouse gas emissions, energy consumption, and economic costs, but in terms of overall performance, CCPREA has more advantages. The multi criteria evaluation results showed that the AHP-EWM-TOPSIS model scored 0.62 for CCPREA, significantly higher than CCPRFA's 0.38.
