1、施工放樣

1. Construction setting out

應(yīng)在施工前做好施工放樣?；謴椭芯€時，直線段每15~20m設(shè)一樁，曲線段每10~15m設(shè)一樁，并在兩邊路肩邊沿外設(shè)指示樁，在指示樁上用顯著符號標出邊沿的計劃高掛基準線。

Construction setting out shall be done before construction. 水泥安穩(wěn)碎石底底層選用會合拌制，拌和站設(shè)在百丈互通轉(zhuǎn)盤內(nèi)的空地上。拌和前應(yīng)測定各種規(guī)格的含水量，根據(jù)含水量、天氣情況和運距的長度調(diào)整用水量，保證混合料的含水量均勻、適宜。夏日施工時可先對碎石進行灑水濕潤。含水量要比好含水量大1.0%，使混合料運到鋪筑地段，攤鋪后在碾壓時的含水量不小于好值。

灰劑量按照標準規(guī)則的檢測頻率和方法進行，灰劑量缺乏時要及時加灰，保證灰劑量按大于協(xié)作比0.5％控制并符合技術(shù)標準需要，及時取樣進行試件成型

側(cè)模板

Side formwork

在施工水穩(wěn)層前在硬路肩及沒有計劃路緣石的部位行側(cè)模板支立，防止水穩(wěn)層澆筑施工時水穩(wěn)層澆筑出計劃邊線。側(cè)模支立時要行立模放樣，模板加固后進行校模、驗模。供認模板符合計劃需要并經(jīng)監(jiān)理工程師認可，答應(yīng)進行水穩(wěn)層澆筑后方可進行水穩(wěn)層澆筑施工

攤鋪

在水穩(wěn)層正式開工之前，應(yīng)在監(jiān)理工程師贊同的地址鋪筑長度為100~200米的試驗路段。在鋪筑試驗路段的過程中，應(yīng)設(shè)專人掛線量測，做好調(diào)查和記載，研討、解決發(fā)現(xiàn)的各種疑問。試驗路段應(yīng)在監(jiān)理工程師的監(jiān)督下進行，假設(shè)試驗路段經(jīng)監(jiān)理工程師贊同查驗，可作為耐久工程的一有些。如試驗段任何有些不合格，則將該有些挖除，再進行試驗段的試驗抵達復合需要的標準中止

碾壓

Rolling

（1）、在攤鋪、修整后立即用壓路機跟在攤鋪機后在全寬范圍內(nèi)進行碾壓。按靜碾－弱振－強震－靜碾的程序進行碾壓施工，碾壓施工過程中壓路機行進速度控制在1.5km/h～
